ever feel like you want to talk to someone but its been so damn long since you last spoke to them that it would seem awkward if you talked to them, after all if they missed you as much as you miss them then wouldn’t they have talked to you first, unless they’re feeling the same way….

i called the suicide helpline today and spoke to this guy, he seemed to be in a rush and asked me if i had formed a plan on how to kill myself, i told him i didnt have an exact plan but i was thinking of plenty of ways and he said well call back when you have a plan.
if this is how they expect to help to people, no wonder people kill themselves.
